Hi, it’s pretty similar to the configurations mentioned in our previous blog:

To disable the JTAG features within PB3 & PB4, you can refer to the description of pin [26:24], and disable them by configuring register SWJ-CFG[2:0] as 010b while AFIO Clock is activated.

After this you can control PB3 & PB4 as digital output. If you need alternate functions, please check the ohter registers in AFIO_REMAP1 as well, such as TMR2RMP, TMR3RMP.
